Gin & Infused Tonic

I was very excited to use my recently bought tea infusers (I realized you can apparently infuse anything with it). And then I was in a phase where I had started appreciating Gin and Tonic as a drink (you really need to develop a taste for it to understand the simplicity and plainness of that drink). So I thought of playing with that simplicity by adding a twist of aromas in it.

It's my take on Gin & Tonic with a twist of spices via an infuser

The Cocktail: Gin & Infused Tonic

Ingredients:

• Gin

• Tonic water

• Cloves

• Green Cardamom

• Star Anise

• Infusers

Recipe:

1. Roast all the spices freshly in a pan

2. Add Gin and Tonic water in a glass

3. Put the hot roasted spices in the infuser

4. Infuse the infuser in the Gin and Tonic blend

5. Put that little cardamom cover as a garnish on the rim
