Well, take that "Self - Proclaimed" adjective seriously, because I am no expert or a professional in this domain of mixology and cocktail making. But I am genuinely enthusiastic about alchohol, its flavors, aromas, colors and the things you could do with it (and the things it could make you do...hah)

Also, it is so much fun to experiment with flavors (I guess I have got that from my parents who are champions at experimenting in the kitchen), try the ideas and flavors that keep popping in the head and somehow, try to come up with a story to tell through those jumbled flavors;  because when you put in some reasons and thoughts into that alchohol, it's charm can elevate to the next level.

​For me, it is all about having fun! Otherwise, what's really the point?
